Broadband Plan

There are 3 broadband plans you can choose;

1. FAST
2. FASTER
3. FASTEST

Just choose your desired plan and when taken with the affordable home plan you only pay for the advertised monthly fee. If you do not take the Budget Home Phone plan with your Broadband service an additional $5 monthly fee is added to your chosen broadband plan.

Important Information

Broadband services are shown in three (3) types where FAST is a maximum 256kbps download and maximum 64kbps upload service, FASTER is a maximum 1.5Mbps download and maximum 256kbps upload service and FASTEST is a maximum 20Mbps download and maximum 384kbps upload service.

^There's no limit to the amount you can download. Internet usage provided on all Broadband plans is web only where any file transfer applications such as P2P, USENET and VPN traffic is blocked. Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Broadband plans in conjunction with our Traffic Management Policy to ensure a consistent user experience.

Connection Fees and Charges

All TADAust Connect Broadband plans are on a 24 month term and an additional $5 monthly fee is added to the broadband plan if you do not switch your home phone to the TADAust Connect phone plan. You can view the TADAust Connect Home phone plan here.
All new broadband connection fees are charged at $99 which includes activation of your broadband service and a new ADSL NB6 Modem, valued at over $189

All ADSL services transferred from another network connection and set up will be absolutely free of charge (modems provided by the user).
An NB6 modem ordered at the time of transferring services from another network will be charged at $59 plus postage and shipping.

To upgrade the modem to a wireless NB6W modem will be charged at an additional $50

Postage and Shipping

There is a standard postage, shipping and configuration fee of $16.50 per order which includes delivery and modem configuration. This means that when your modem is received you only need to plug into your computer and turn it on.

Delivery is guaranteed within 2-4 business days of the order being processed.

Additional Items

One ADSL In-Line Splitter is required per phone device operating simultaneously on the same phone service as your broadband connection. Filters can be purchased from TADAust at $13 each.

Upgrade ADSL Modem

Included in your New Connection is an NB6 Netcomm modem. If you would like to upgrade this modem to an NB6W – 4 Port Wireless Modem you can do so for $50

Making changes to your contract

Cancellation charges apply if the contract is cancelled before the contract end date. Charges are calculated by prorata of the remaining months (broadband only fee) x 50%.

The pricing plan can be upgraded or downgraded at any time for a one off fee of $25.

A change of address for the ADSL service will incur a $99 charge for reconnection at the new address.
